Andrew Jackson, Guest Service Coordinator
Andrew joined our staff in September of 2004 to serve as our Guest Service Coordinator. Before coming to Living Waters he and his wife served for 8 years as the Program Director and Group Coordinator at Camp Red Cloud in Colorado. We are so excited to have his experience and knowledge here at camp!
Tim Seeley, Kitchen Manager
Tim joined the staff at Living Waters in July of 2009 as our Kitchen Manager. He and his wife, Mindy and their family moved from the Minneapolis, MN area where Tim worked as a master plumber and Mindy as a nurse. We are very excited to have Tim and his family serve here at Living Waters.
Tim and Joy Hadley, Program Caretakers
Tim has been on staff with Living Waters since 1998. Tim heads up the Adventure Programs, takes care of the programming maintenance areas, and assists with running programs, as needed. Tim and Joy got married in December of 2002, and Joy continues to volunteer her time by assisting Tim in all of these areas. We are very thankful for their hard work, experience, and willingness to serve!

Ray Siler, Marketing & Design
Ray currently serves on a limited project basis and has been working with us since April 2009. He manages our website, and print design, as well as maintaining the online social presence of Living Waters Bible Camp.
Chris Sutton, Facilities Caretaker
Chris joined our staff in June of 2001 and has been a great leader in our Maintenance department, here at camp. Chris takes care of the day-to-day needs of the buildings and does many of the not-so-glamourous tasks that you may never see! We are ever-thankful for his experience and willingness to serve in such a behind-the-scenes way!
Dennis Siler, Executive Director
Dennis has been with Living Waters Bible Camp since 1989. His main job is overseeing the overall ministry and operation of the camp. He also does the marketing and development for the camp by visiting a variety of churches, schools, and organizations in order to to give presentations. We are thankful to have such a servant-hearted director.
Peter Rau, Office Manager
Peter joined the staff at Living Waters in June of 1996 as Facility Manager and served in this capacity until June of 2005. In September of 2009 he rejoined the staff as our Office Manager. He now handles all the camp registrations and general communications with campers and staff.
Dan Melcher Sr, Finance and IT
Dan has been volunteering part-time as our Finance & IT Manager since March of 2003. He has been involved with Living Waters since 1975. He now volunteers part-time and oversees the computer operations of the camp. We are very thankful for his service here at camp!
Aaron Mills, Assistant Facilities Caretaker (Not Pictured)
Aaron joined us spring 2006 to assist Chris in the Maintenance department. He has a servant's heart and has been a great asset to the ministry at LWBC. He does a variety of cleaning and maintenance jobs in addition to helping Chris with other projects.
Paul Thompson, Marketing and Project Manager (Not Pictured)
Paul joined us in the summer of 2011. He has worked in camping ministry for years and is an asset to the development and marketing of LWBC.

I loved that my counselors were energetic and tons of fun to be around. They were also easy to talk to about life and spirituality.
