WEATHER

  • Cold days and even colder nights (typically below freezing).
  • Deep snow, windy. 

MAIL

  • Distributed daily Mon-Fri at lunch
  • Parents should be conservative with candy and gifts in mail.
  • Your camper's address at Camp:

  • To ensure that mail reaches your child at camp, please send at least three days prior to desired delivery date.
  • We will also print emails and deliver them to your child. Send them to lwbc @ lwbc.org with your child's name as the subject.

Dorms

  • 8-12 beds per dorm
  • Each bed has a personal shelf.

Camp Store

  • The Camp Store supplies only gifts and snacks for purchase during freetime (typically 2-3pm).
  • It does not supply camper personal items. These are available in the Camp Store if forgotten.
  • Camper spending money is collected and kept on account until the end of the week.

PHONES

  • There is no cell reception at Living Waters Bible Camp.
  • There is only access to a phone for Church business and Emergencies.
  • Campers are not allowed to make non-emergency calls during their week at camp.

EMERGENCIES

  • A nurse is provided for each week of camp.
  • There is a fully-stocked First Aid station with 24 hour access to counselors.
  • A registered nurse administers and ensures all daily medications are given to campers.

VISITATION

  • Living Waters is a closed camp. This is for the safety and enjoyment of every camper. We ask that family and friends not visit during the week (with the exception of Sunday Afternoon, and Saturday Morning).
  • If necessary, parents may schedule a proper meeting with their child by contacting the Administration Office and making arrangements.

  • Swim Shorts/Swimsuit (one piece)
  • Sweatshirt (hooded)
  • T-shirts
  • Shoes - regular use
  • Winter Boots
  • Winter Jacket
  • Gloves
  • Snow-pants
  • Winter Hat
  • Socks - bring extra
  • Sandals- for pool and shower times only
  • Underclothes

TOILETRIES

  • Towel/Beach Towel
  • Soap/Shampoo
  • Personal hygiene

Ski/Snowboard Gear

  • Skis/Snowboard (rentals are available at the hill)
  • Ski Goggles (optional)
