Living Waters Bible Camp strives to reach, train and equip people to be Christ-like servants in God’s Kingdom.
We need volunteers like you to join us in our mission this summer. All volunteers must participate in this annual training. Most problems that arise among staff are due to staff not being aware of the what’s, why’s and how’s of camp policy.
This training is required by ACA standards and by Living Waters policies. Please make every effort to attend one of the 3 training opportunities.
"They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." No, this verse wasn't written about camp volunteers but it certainly rings true!
We run hard while serving at camp. That's why we look to the Lord to give us the hope and the strength to serve Him. Renew Your Strength is our theme for 2018. Come find out how we are to look to the Lord for our strength and how only He will sustain us.
This year we come to day five in the creation week - the day the Lord made birds. Birds are all around us, but we often fail to notice them. God created them for a reason, and we have much to learn from them - not only about the incredible wisdom and creativity of God, but even more than that, birds show us how to keep going when we’d rather quit. Consider the Alaskan shorebird that flew over 7,100 miles over open ocean without stopping to eat or drink - the longest recorded bird migration on record. That is endurance. Somehow that bird knew how to renew its strength, but you’ll have to come to camp to find out how.
