Adventure Programs

Most adventures take the form of activities designed to improve the performance of a group through teamwork and individual problem solving. The concept has attained national prominence with the growing awareness of how teamwork, leadership and personal character impact an organization’s success.

LWBC Adventure Programs has been the challenge choice for hundreds of people conducting orientations, team building programs, school programs and curricula, management retreats and more. Make it yours!

Over 40 Unique Challenges. Countless Possibilities.

LWBC offers an exciting lineup of Adventure Programs: archery, paintball, a 50-foot high rock-climbing tower, a 500-foot long zip line, a giant swing and a 75-foot tree climb and more!

All totaled, there are more than 40 elements, which provides the flexibility needed to meet all abilities and a wide range of your group's goals.

The activities challenge individual and group expectations and boundaries, while setting the stage to explore the issues surrounding them. As you scramble up ropes, scale trees and repel down walls, surprising things happen. Their own “walls” fall away as participants learn to trust themselves and one another.

Even if you don’t opt for the 50-foot high zip line, soaring self-esteem is a sure outcome.

In fact, you can choose from over 30 unique challenges to suit all abilities, providing object lessons in many different areas:

  • Trust

  • Confidence

  • Leadership

  • Communication

  • Problem solving

  • Teamwork and Cooperation

Adventure Descriptions:

Climbing Tower
Living Waters Bible Camp boasts a 50-foot Climbing Tower to challenge adventurous people to new heights of physical and emotional achievement. Attached to the top of our climbing tower are two zip-lines that send the riders racing for an exhilarating, and memorable ride. These activities will be powerful reminders of the importance of encouragement, setting and going beyond goals, and taking steps of faith and trust.

Team Adventure Challenge (T.A.C.)
We have trained facilitators and a certified low-ropes course that serves the purpose of bringing groups and/or individuals together while adding challenges and new experiences that stretch the individuals and groups physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

30-Foot Giant Swing
Living Water’s giant swing is a great opportunity to experience the thrill of pulling a rip-cord and feeling a free-fall rush while you learn to trust that, with the correct safety procedures and devices, you will be safe.

Paintball
Enjoy an afternoon of this fast-paced sport and learn the importance of teamwork, strategic planning, and covering for your teammates in times of stress.

Bouldering
Reach the top of the bluffs overlooking off-site location, Devil's Lake State Park. As your group climbs up this rugged terrain, they will have real-life opportunities to encourage each other and bear each others' burdens.

Spelunking
Popp's Cave is one of the best-known caves in Wisconsin. The beauty of this cave is quickly recognized upon entering its over 600 feet of passages all containing a wide variety of cave formations. Once in the cave, take time to consider your organizations vision and purpose.
